In the case of a house purchased we will carry out searches and enquiries to ensure that you obtain good title to your new property.  We will liaise with your lender to draw down the loan monies required to complete your house purchase.  We will also ensure that your title to the new property is fully registered.

In the case of a house sale we will prepare the contract for the sale of the property.  We will deal with all enquiries raised by the proposed purchasers.  We will also ensure that any mortgages on the property are fully discharged.
